伟大的教育家陶行知先生曾经说过:“没有爱就没有教育。”在几年的班主任工作中,我总结出了以下几点经验:一、以理解、尊重为基础,以爱心为出发点首先,作为一个班主任、一个老师,即使学生犯了错误,对学生进行批评教育时,也应尊重学生的人格,谆谆教诲,才能取得教育的效应。一味的训斥,只能使学生产生逆反心理,更不能用挖苦、讽刺的话语伤学生的心。教师对学生尊重,会使师生关系更为融洽。
