AHP层次分析法是一种简便、灵活又实用的多准则决策方法,应用层次分析法构建的评价体系,定性分析与定量分析有机结合,在评判地方政府债务风险并建立预警指标体系时可作为较为有效的手段。以珠海市政府债务风险评价指标设立与验证为例,分析了相关指标的设定,进行了一致性验证与推导,并提出了化解地方政府债务风险的建议对策。
AHP AHP is a simple, flexible and practical multi-criteria decision-making method. The analytic hierarchy constructed by AHP, the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, AHP AHP can be used as a comparison between the evaluation of local government debt risk and the establishment of early warning index system effective measures. Taking the establishment and verification of Zhuhai municipal government debt risk assessment index as an example, this paper analyzes the setting of relevant indicators, verifies and deduces the consistency, and puts forward some countermeasures to resolve the local government debt risk.
