改革开放20年来,我国在利用外资方面有了很大发展,国际资本大量流入,对国民经济的发展和综合国力的增强起了积极的推动作用。本文在利用大量统计资料的基础上,对我国利用外资结构问题进行实证分析,以期引起人们对此问题的兴趣。文中的利用外资指我国各级政府、部门、企业和其他经济组织通过对外借款、吸收外商直接投资以及利用其他方式筹措的境外现汇、设备、技术等,通常以货币单位表示。
In the 20 years since the reform and opening up, China has made great progress in utilizing foreign investment. The influx of international capital has played a positive role in promoting the development of the national economy and the enhancement of overall national strength. Based on a large amount of statistical data, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the structure of China’s utilization of foreign capital with a view to arousing people’s interest in this issue. The use of foreign capital in the article refers to overseas cash, equipment, technology, etc. raised by Chinese governments, departments, enterprises and other economic organizations at various levels through external borrowings, foreign direct investment absorption and other means, which are usually expressed in monetary units.
