在长期的经济互动中长三角地区的各级政府都意识到区域发展对各自发展的重要性。因而都积极地参与这个地区的各种形式的政府间合作,不但合作的共识开始形成,而且在越来越多的领域出现了制度层面的整合。但是毕竟这些整合正处于起步阶段,许许多多的新问题不断涌现,我们如何把握机会,分析问题、解决问题是我们现在必须迫切解决的问题,本文试图分析当前长三角区域政府合作出现的问题,并探讨相应的对策。
In the long-term economic interaction, all levels of government in the Yangtze River Delta region are aware of the importance of regional development for their own development. Therefore, they all actively participate in various forms of inter-governmental cooperation in this region. Not only the consensus on cooperation has started to take shape, but institutional integration has taken place in more and more fields. However, after all, the integration is in its infancy and many new problems are emerging. How to grasp the opportunities, analyze the problems and solve the problems are the problems that we must urgently solve now.
