机械加工过程中产生的毛刺,几乎存在于各种切削过程中。它给产品装配与工序的定位都带来困难。去毛刺,特别是对于一些尺寸大,形状复杂的零件,例如带有齿形的摩擦片以及齿轮等,清理齿部的毛刺和倒角比较麻烦,一般靠手工操作。由于齿形曲线复杂,品种多,生产量大,手工清理毛刺一直是一项笨重的体力劳动,同时又很难达到技术要求,最近我厂设计制造了一台自动仿形去毛刺机,比较理想地解决了这一问题。该机能均匀彻底地消除各种不同参数齿形的齿部毛刺,生产效率较高,现介绍如下。
