婴儿死亡率的高低是体现了一个地区妇幼保健工作的质量指标之一。近几年来,我县狠抓了妇幼保健工作质量,婴儿死亡率也逐年呈下降的趋势,但仍高于全省平均水平。为此,我们对全县1990年内死亡的1099名婴儿死亡情况进行了调查,现报告如下:对象与方法1)以我县1990年1月1日至12月31日出生婴儿为本次调查对象。2)按统一表格对婴儿及产妇进行调查登记,调查人员为全县42名经专门培训的乡妇幼专干。3)县妇幼保健站分别在半年和年终逐乡随机抽查30%被调查对象,各项指标符合
