我院是一所综合性市级医院,设病床566张,为取得本院院内感染本底材料,我们于1991年1～12月,进行了院内感染回顾性调查本文将一年调查结果分析如下。材料与方法我们于每月底查阅全院住院病人病历,月初查阅全院月出院病历,对查阅到的院内感染病历按卫生部医政司制定的医院内感染诊断标准和分类进行诊断和登记。结果与讨论一、总的院内感染率1991年全年出院
