头颈部肿瘤根治经常造成面部畸形和功能丧失,使病人无法正常生活,因而,手术后组织残缺的Ⅰ期修复,是促进头颈外科发展的一项重要课题。它可使手术的适应症扩大,治疗效果更彻底,术后病人的外形与功能获得改善,生活质量大大提高。中国医学科学院肿瘤医院头颈外科蒋佩珏副主任医师等,应用整形外科和显微外科技术,创造性地采用各类皮瓣或肌皮瓣及脏器修复头颈部肿瘤切除术后的组织缺损。该科自1979年到1991年12月,对头颈部术后缺损患者行Ⅰ期修复共540例,其中有组织移植59例,组织移位481例。组织移植有前臂游离皮瓣19
The radical treatment of head and neck cancer often results in facial deformity and loss of function, which makes the patient unable to live a normal life. Therefore, the incomplete repair of phase I after surgery is an important issue for the development of head and neck surgery. It can expand the indications of the operation, and the treatment effect is more thorough. After the operation, the patient’s appearance and function are improved, and the quality of life is greatly improved. The Department of Head and Neck Surgery, Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, and Jiang Peijun, deputy chief physician, etc., applied orthopaedic and microsurgical techniques to creatively apply various flaps or myocutaneous flaps and organs to repair tissue defects after resection of head and neck tumors. In this department from 1979 to December 1991, a total of 540 patients undergoing primary repair of head and neck defects were performed, including 59 tissue transplants and 481 tissue shifts. Tissue transplantation with forearm free flap 19
