各位领导、各位委员、各位代表: 今天,全国自然科学名词审定委员会召开全体大会,请允许我代表中国化学会名词委员会向大会致热情的祝贺! 1950年,政务院文化教育委员会设立了学术名词统一工作委员会,那时中国科学院郭沫若院长领导这项工作,各个学会分别组织名词小组开展工作,取得了可喜的成绩。文革时期,委员会停止活动。1977年以来,各学科的名词小组又继续做了大量的工作。就化学名词来说,科学出版社于1982至1984年出版了《化学命名原则》,还在1984年出版了《英汉化学化工词汇》,可以说基本满足了我国广大化学工作者的需要。现在国务院
