糖盐钾注射液含氯化钠、氯化钾、葡萄糖等,临床用于补充体液、维持体内电解质平衡,质量标准中采用银量法控制总氯量,四苯硼钠法测定氯化钾含量,操作繁琐,误差大,不能有效控制二种盐的真实含量。本文采用原子吸收分光光度法参照有关标准测定氯化钾、氯化钠含量,操作简便,回收率满意,适应于多份样品测定。1 仪器与试药 岛津AA——670型原子吸收分光光度计,附钾和钠空心阴极灯。氯化钠、氯化钾、葡萄糖均为AR级。糖盐钾注射液为不同厂家生产的共6批样品。
