目的:探讨灯盏细辛注射液所致不良反应的一般规律及特点,指导临床合理用药。方法:通过检索1979—2012年国内公开发表的医学期刊报道应用灯盏细辛注射液致不良反应案例,并进行文献计量学分析。结果:共检索到灯盏细辛注射液不良反应个案报道15篇涉及25例,其不良反应与性别、年龄、溶媒、剂量、联合用药有相关性,临床主要表现为过敏反应,严重者可出现过敏性休克及多器官功能损害。结论:临床医师及药师应了解灯盏细辛注射液所致不良反应的规律和特点,规范合理用药,加强应用监测,减少不良反应的发生。
Objective: To investigate the general rules and characteristics of the adverse reactions caused by Dengzhanxixin injection and to guide clinical rational drug use. Methods: The cases of adverse reactions caused by Erigeron Breviscapus Injection during the period from 1979 to 2012 were searched and reported in the medical literature published in China. The bibliometric analysis was carried out. Results: A total of 15 cases of adverse reactions were found in 15 cases of Erigeron Breviscapus Injection. The adverse reactions were related to gender, age, solvent, dosage and combination therapy. The main clinical manifestations were anaphylactoid reaction and serious allergies Sexual shock and multiple organ damage. Conclusion: Clinicians and pharmacists should understand the rules and characteristics of adverse reactions caused by Dengzhanxixin injection, standardize the rational use of drugs, strengthen the application of monitoring, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
