安络痛片为伞菌科植物安络小皮伞菌(Marasmius androsaceus)经培养、发酵、提取制成的浸膏片。其乙醇提取物具有镇痛作用,用于治疗神经痛。河南、山西、湖南、江苏等地方标准采用重量法测定乙醇提取物和氯仿提取物的含量。该法麻烦,准确度差,浪费试剂。笔者通过多年来对我辖区两家药厂生产的安络痛片的考察,以及对乙醇提取物和氯仿提取物的紫外光谱分析,发现利用控制乙醇提取物的紫外分光吸收度的方法控制其含量,能够获得满意结果。
