对替代工质HCFC123在光管、机加工多孔表面强化管水平单管外池沸腾换热进行了实验研究,实验沸腾饱和温度分别为5℃、8℃和10℃。得出了强化管外沸腾换热系数随热流密度、沸腾压力的变化规律并整理成实验关联式,通过实验可得出强化管的强化换热效果良好,强化倍率在4.56~4.18之间。对CFC11也进行了同样实验,并把二者沸腾换热特性进行比较,强化管外HCFC123比CFC11沸腾换热系数要低8%左右。
Experimental study on the boiling heat transfer of HCFC123, which is an alternative working fluid HCFC123, was carried out in a horizontal single tube outside the horizontal tube of a perforated tube with machined porous surface strengthened tubes. The experimental boiling saturation temperatures were 5 ℃, 8 ℃ and 10 ℃ respectively. The results show that the enhanced heat transfer enhancement of the tempered tube is good, and the strengthening ratio is between 4.56 and 4.18. The experimental results show that the heat transfer coefficient increases with the increase of heat flux and boiling pressure. The same experiment was carried out on CFC11, and the boiling heat transfer characteristics were compared. The HCFC123 outside the tube was about 8% lower than the boiling heat transfer coefficient of CFC11.
