目的:观察海参猴桃液(SSAP)辅以rIL-2诱生的LAK细胞回输家兔后其淋巴结、胸腺等器官的形态变化,为药物临床应用提供理论依据。方法:采取健康家兔下肢静脉血分离淋巴细胞作待培养细胞,分3组培养,第6d起回收LAK细胞分别回输给3组家兔,回输6次后1周处死动物剥取淋巴结、脾脏、胸腺及其他内脏进行病理切片,光镜观察。结果:实验组与阳性对照组具有相似变化;①淋巴结体积增大,大部分淋巴小结生发中心变宽,部分副皮质区淋巴细胞密度增大,窦内组织细胞大量增生;②胸腺皮质区淋巴细胞密度稍大。结论:中药(SSAP)辅以rIL-2诱生的LAK细胞与单独rIL-2诱生的LAK细胞回输家兔后淋巴结及胸腺病理形态变化相似,说明SSAP液能刺激机体免疫系统,促使T及B淋巴细胞增殖转化和成熟,提高机体免疫力。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the morphological changes of lymph nodes, thymus and other organs of LAK cells induced by rIL-2 induced by sea cucumber monkey peach liquid (SSAP), and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of the drug. Results: The experimental group had similar changes with the positive control group. (1) The volume of lymph nodes increased, the majority of lymphoid nodules became wider, the density of lymphocytes in some paracortex increased, and a large number of cells proliferated in sinusoids. (2) Thymus cortex lymphocytes Density slightly larger. Conclusion: The changes of pathological changes of lymph nodes and thymus in LAK cells induced by rIL-2 induced by Chinese herbal medicine (SSAP) are similar to those of LAK cells induced by rIL-2 alone, suggesting that SSAP can stimulate the immune system and promote T And B lymphocyte proliferation and maturation, improve immunity.
