直线振动筛主要用于原煤分级和产品的分级、脱水、脱泥、脱介等作业。常出现筛箱侧板开裂、筛箱振动过大、轴承发热、声音异常等故障。严格按照标准对弹簧、激振器、主轴、筛板等进行安装使用和维护,保证轴承等运转部件的良好润滑和联接件的紧固可以消除这些故障。
