医院的医疗卫生经济管理是医院管理的一个重要的组成部分,科学的经济管理有助于提高医院的经济效益。医疗卫生在改革的大浪潮中发展变化,各大医院之间的竞争性越来越强。由此看来,面对改革浪潮,把握发展机遇,改进医院经济管理的方法和措施非常关键。此文首先解释了医院经济管理的含义,再进一步分析新时期医院面临的经济管理问题,最后根据问题提出对应的解决措施,对新时期医院的发展意义重大。
Hospital medical and economic economic management is an important part of hospital management, scientific economic management helps to improve the hospital’s economic benefits. Health care has undergone great changes in the great wave of reform and the competition among major hospitals has become increasingly stronger. Seen in this light, in the face of the tide of reform, it is crucial to grasp the opportunities for development and to improve the methods and measures for the economic management of hospitals. This article first explains the meaning of hospital economic management, further analyzes the hospital’s economic management problems in the new era, and finally puts forward the corresponding solution measures according to the problems, which is of great significance to the development of the hospital in the new era.
