这次会议的中心议题:认真贯彻党的十四届三中、四中全会精神和中央经济工作会议精神,研究在建立社会主义市场经济体制过程中通过宏观调控,加强用电管理,运用法律的、经济的、技术的并辅之以行政的手段,促进电力资源优化配置,稳定供电秩序,为国民经济持续、快速、健康发展和满足人民对电力日益增长的需求,进一步改善我国缺电状况,开拓计划用电工作的新局面。
The central topics of the conference were to earnestly implement the spirit of the Third and Fourth Plenary Sessions of the 14th CPC Central Committee and the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference, study the adoption of macro regulation and control, strengthen power management, and use the law in the process of establishing a socialist market economic system.
