今天是五月七日,伊豆的天城一带,又该是石楠花盛开的时节了。石楠花是天城的名产,两三年前,《日本诗人》的同人们去伊豆旅行时,也曾盛赞过石楠花。据说,这种高山植物在一般的土壤中只能长到三四尺高,而在天城这地方,却很难得地生长得高大而茂盛。或许,非常适宜于当地的土地,也是这些植物易于被培育成名产的一个原因吧。我见过的最大一株石楠花,生长在吉奈温泉东府屋的院子里。听说,(木通)口一叶曾在这里逗留过,而且还留下了很多关于她的趣
