为了找到最适应桉树种植的固氮菌肥含量配比,以保证桉树种植的可持续发展和维持在其种植下土壤营养物质的相对稳定,本试验以巨尾桉广林9号2年生林作为研究对象,对各处理进行树高、胸径、单株材积以及土壤有机质、全量养分和有效养分指标的测定。进行方差分析和多重比较后,结果显示:各指标施有固氮菌肥的处理组与对照组均有不同程度上的差异;A7处理后的树高、胸径、单株材积最佳,但与A3、A5处理没有显著差异;A3、A5处理后在土壤营养物质含量上具有争相趋势。
