为实现冲裁模设计的高效化与智能化,以Pro/E为开发平台,结合范例推理技术,对智能冲裁模CAD系统进行了研究,设计了系统的整体框架,并对组成系统模块的关键技术进行了详细的论述。系统能获得冲裁件的尺寸和公差并进行工艺性检验;能获得最佳的排样方案;系统以编码的方法来反映范例的特征,结合相似性系数计算,能检索到最相似的模具范例;范例改写后,能将符合相似性系数要求的范例进行存储,并能生成模具工程图。
In order to realize the blanking die design’s high efficiency and intelligence, this paper studied the intelligent blanking die CAD system with Pro / E as the development platform and the example reasoning technology, designed the overall framework of the system, The key technologies are discussed in detail. The system can obtain the size and tolerance of the blanking piece and carry out the craft inspection; can obtain the best arrangement plan; the system reflects the characteristic of the example by coding method, and can calculate the similarity coefficient to retrieve the most similar mold example ; After rewriting the example, the example that meets the similarity coefficient can be stored and the mold drawing can be generated.
