任何疾病如未弄清疾病的发病原因,发生发展规律、致病因素,则这种疾病就无法得到很好的治疗和预防。龋病这个危害人们口腔健康的最普遍的疾病,现在国际上已公认为一种多因素疾病。龋病致病因素主要有三个方面:宿主(包括牙齿)的抗龋能力降低、菌斑和细菌、食物主要是蔗糖的影响。本文针对解决致病因素的三个方面分别介绍国际上推行的防龋措施。一、增强宿主抗龋力方面 1.增强牙齿抗龋力的措施牙齿本身的缺陷导致其抗龋力降低有两个方面:一是牙齿本身的解剖结构或理化性能的缺陷,前者如咬合面深的窝沟,后者如牙齿组织中含的氟磷灰石过低。二是牙齿排列或位置不正常给龋病发病创造了有利条件。
