复合树脂充填材料是美国学者Bowen教授在1962年首先研制成功的。Bowen的配方是以双酚A和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的加成物(Bis-GMA)为基质,用有机硅烷处理过的二氧化硅粉为填料,配合氧化还原催化体系共同组成。因为复合树脂具有较优异的综合性能,目前已部分取代银汞合金、磷酸锌粘固粉和自凝树脂作为前牙充填的主要材料。在后牙Ⅰ、V类洞的充填中也开始应用。近20年来复合树脂的研制工作发展很快,目前世界市场上已有60多种产品出售。复合树脂存在的主要缺点之一是在口腔中耐磨性差,从而限制了它用于后牙,特别是Ⅱ类洞的充填。一、复合树脂耐磨性的临床评价 Phillips、Eames、Leinfeld er等人
