随着国家“一带一路”战略的实施,新疆作为“丝绸之路经济带”核心区与中亚国家的经贸往来日益频繁,为了更好的保护新疆企业在中亚国家的经济利益,重视知识产权保护工作已势在必行。分析了近年来新疆企业与中亚国家在进行贸易往来中知识产权保护方面存在的问题,并提出对策建议,为新疆企业最终实现“走出去”提供保障。
With the implementation of the national “Belt and Road” strategy, Xinjiang has become increasingly frequent economic and trade contacts with Central Asian countries as the core area of the “Silk Road Economic Belt.” In order to better protect the economic interests of Xinjiang enterprises in Central Asian countries, , Emphasis on intellectual property protection work is imperative. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the protection of intellectual property between Xinjiang enterprises and Central Asian countries in conducting trade in recent years and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to provide guarantee for the ultimate realization of “going global” by Xinjiang enterprises.
