在构建大学高层次人力资源激励机制时,论述“和”的价值和现实功用,让中国传统智慧在应用中回归现代,让中国优秀传统文化与现代文化组织充分对接,是和谐思维方式在特定范围内的运用,是文化自觉的体现,也是管理创新的需要。简要分析了大学高层次人力资源的特性,论述了以“和”为导向构建大学高层次人力资源激励机制的必要性,从导向机制、文化机制、动力机制、约束机制四个层面阐述了以“和”为切入点,构建大学高层次人力资源激励机制的思考。
In constructing the high-level incentive mechanism of human resources in universities, we discuss the value and practical function of “” and “”, let Chinese traditional wisdom return to modernity in application, and fully connect Chinese excellent traditional culture with modern cultural organization. The use within a certain range is a manifestation of cultural consciousness and also a need for management innovation. This paper briefly analyzes the characteristics of high-level human resources in universities, discusses the necessity of constructing high-level incentive mechanism for human resources in universities based on “and ”, and elaborates the following four aspects: guiding mechanism, cultural mechanism, motivation mechanism and restraining mechanism Starting from “and ”, this paper discusses how to construct incentive mechanism for high level human resources in universities.
