The second beach reclamation information and technology exchange meeting on the southeast coast hosted by Shanghai Water Conservancy Bureau was held in Shanghai on December 18 and December 20, 1990. 58 representatives from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Shanghai’s water conservancy departments, beach development departments, watershed management agencies and tertiary institutions attended the meeting.
