采用热水法提取药材枸杞子中的枸杞多糖。本研究通过MTT实验发现3.125~200mg/L质量浓度范围内的枸杞多糖能显著抑制宫颈癌Hela细胞的增殖;采用荧光显微镜、透射电镜和激光共聚焦扫描显微镜观察发现经枸杞多糖处理过的Hela细胞呈现出典型的凋亡特征;原位末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶标记法进一步证实经枸杞多糖处理过的Hela细胞呈现凋亡特征。结果提示枸杞多糖是一种潜在的抗癌复合物,其关键作用机制是诱导癌细胞凋亡。
Lycium barbarum polysaccharide extracted by hot water method.
