通过对71所少儿图书馆网站开展网上咨询服务现状的调查与比较,指出了少儿图书馆开展网上咨询服务存在的问题,并提出改进建议。

By investigating and comparing the current situation of online counseling services for 71 children’s library websites, the problems existing in online counseling services for children’s libraries were pointed out and suggestions for improvement were put forward.
