在加强未成年人道德建设,提高学校德育工作实效的过程中,有一个问题常常被我们忽略:学生究竟处在什么位置?是永远的受教育者,还是主动的建设者?上海市延风中学的做法给我们带来了启示——延风是一个视角。辩证唯物主义告诉我们,外因是变化的条件,内因是变化的关键。未成年人的思想道德教育应调动起受教育者的内在积极性,使他们主动参与学校德育工作,并让其在实践中体验和感悟人生的真谛,自觉成长为“学校的好学生,家庭的好孩子,社区的好公民”。延风唤起了我们新的思考。延风是一种力量。阿基米德曾说,给我一个支点,我就能撬起地球。学校的德育就像一个“支点”,它连接着家庭教育和社区教育。走出这一“支点”的学生会有一种强大的力量,到家庭、社区去创建共同的精神家园。延风是一面旗帜。当全社会都在积极呼吁要为未成年人的成长创设良好的社会大环境时,延风用自己多年的实践告诉我们:“学生本身就是重要的德育资源”。让拥有良好品质和精神风貌的中小学生融入社会,改造环境,让学校教育“无痕”地向社会辐射,这正是延风德育工作的真正价值。请带着编者的这份感受去细细品读延风的故事吧……
