充分发挥我省“水”的潜力,当前要突出抓好以下几个方面:一是加大病险水库除险加固力度。我省不少水库、山塘标准低,带病(险)运行多年,不能正常蓄水。据测算,仅完成3488座病险水库除险加固任务后,全省就可增加水库库容80亿立方米,其中防洪库容30亿立方米、兴利库容50亿立方米;可恢复和改善灌溉面积800万亩,大大增加对工农业生产的供水量;还可增加养殖水面6万亩,年新增多种经营收入约6000万元。
