沈阳市今年的大检查工作,由于领导重视、措施得力,已经初见成效。截至10月15日,地方所属企业和驻沈中央企业已自查出各种违纪金额5000多万元。他们的主要做法是:一、有针对性地对一些企业单位发出《认真自查通知书》。为使今年的税收、财务、物价大检查工作有新的突破,沈阳市对上年大检查查出有严重违纪问题的38户企业单位,采取提前打招呼,并发出蓝色《认真自查通知书》(即亮蓝牌)的办法,促使企业单位主动自查自报违纪问题。通知书明确提出,凡发送通知书的企业单位,要相对缩短自查时间。通知书下发后,各专业检查办公室要派出专人,深入企业单位进行信息跟踪,帮助他们研究自查方案,督促企业抓住薄弱环节,广泛深入地开展自查工作。随后,各专业检查办公室还要提前组织重点检查组,到这些企
