半夏系天南星科植物半夏Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit.的块茎,是常用中药。昆山县半夏的试种,始于1980、1981年,从邳县引进种苗50余公斤,同时采集本地野生半夏,分别种在花乔、正仪二地。1981年在试种的八分地上收鲜半夏169公斤,折成亩产290公斤。其中七分偏粘土壤地收到130公斤,亩产185.7公斤,一分砂质土壤地收到39公斤,亩产390公斤。相比之下,种在砂质土壤的收获好于粘土,个头也大。现将两年来的试种情况,分述于下。一、选地、整地昆山属于水网平原,土质偏粘,为探索半
