我厂生产的混凝土输送泵车下部壳体,在易磨损处需堆焊耐磨材料,延长其使用寿命。壳体材料为HT300,含碳量高,给堆焊带来很大困难。为此,我们选择了合适的焊接材料和可行的焊接工艺,解决了堆焊难题。 1 焊接材料 由于母材含碳量高,要防止堆焊作业时出现裂纹,控制焊蚕中的含碳量,可通过控制焊条的化学成分来消除裂纹。实践表明,当焊缝金属的含碳量小于0.15%时,产生裂纹的可能性较小。所以,我们选择含碳量低的焊条,将焊条含碳量控制在0.12%以下。
