设计师的话莱州市民活动中心位于莱州广场中心广场西,是为市民提供休闲、文化、娱乐、健身于一体的大型综合公共建筑。规划总占地46.03亩,总建筑面积6.64万平方米。该文化中心建筑体积庞大,规模空前,所以建设方对这项工程非常重视,出发点要建成山东省目前最大的市民文化活动中心,所以在设计的要求上起点比较高。博物馆馆藏文物接近2万余件,最具代表性的是汉代右盐主官印和1999年挖掘的朱郎埠汉墓群,所以在设计当中运用现代手法表达古朴典雅的博物馆风格,充分反映当地地域文化的人文精髓,并通过古典纹饰符号的穿插,本着重展示轻装饰的设计理念,重点强调参观人群的视觉感受,利用文字符号、竹简等表现形式,精确
Designer Laizhou Citizens’ Activity Center is located in the central square of Laizhou Square West.
