1992年7月24日,广东省精神文明建设研究中心在广州白天鹅宾馆宣告正式成立。省委、省政府、理论界和实际部门的与会代表约130多人。大会的第一项程序,是省委宣传部副部长、省精神文明建设委员会办公室主任蓝红同志汇报“研究中心”筹建情况。他说,在省委、省精神文明建设委员会负责同志的指导和省委宣传部、省社会科学联合会等有关部门的共同努力下,“研究中心”经过将近一年的酝酿、筹办,由省精神文明建设委员会批准才宣告正式成立的。这是广东
