省委、省政府: 我省哲学社会科学优秀科研成果评奖工作,自一九八四年开展以来,在省委、省政府的领导下,取得了较大成绩,现已基本形成制度。为了进一步调动和鼓励我省广大哲学社会科学工作者的积极性和创造性,繁荣和发展社会科学事业,促进物质文明和精神文明建设,使评奖工作进一步制度化、规范化,特提出如下意见。
Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government: In our province, outstanding achievements in philosophy and social science research awarding work have been carried out. Since its inception in 1984, under the leadership of the provincial party committee and government, great achievements have been made and a system has basically been formed. In order to further mobilize and encourage the enthusiasm and creativity of the majority of philosophical and social science workers in our province, to prosper and develop the cause of social science, to promote the building of material civilization and spiritual civilization, and to further institutionalize and standardize the awards, we hereby put forward the following opinions.
