诊断肿瘤的液晶膜和检测红外光、激光的液晶屏——胆甾型液晶涂料的研制及初步应用

1.胆甾型液晶(Cholesteric liquid crystal)是一种很好的温敏材料,国内外近十余年来已先后用于诊断肿瘤。诊断肿瘤时大多是采取涂抹液晶法(即把液晶涂在肿瘤部位皮肤上,涂液晶前要先涂上黑色成膜物质或先粘附黑色薄膜),这种方法虽较简单,但因为是临时涂抹,所以在医院门诊应用上仍感不便。为了使液晶诊断方法简化并得到进一步推广,我们开展了胆甾型液晶涂料和诊断肿瘤的液晶膜的研制工作。本文简要地叙述了一种液晶树脂胶涂料(WQ—1型)的制法以及用此涂料制备诊断肿瘤的液晶膜的方法。也叙述了对这种膜的理化特性进行实验观察所得到的初步结果。2.用液晶树脂胶涂料所制的诊断肿瘤的液晶膜是一种可长期反复使用的液晶固定膜。从试制品看,该膜感温敏感,膜薄色亮,所用材料来源广,制造工艺简单,膜面光滑。已经试用于临床,对25例病人进行了病情诊断,与原来使用的涂抹液晶诊断法进行对照,结果一致。3.诊断肿瘤的液晶膜与过去本研究室仿制成功的微胶囊液晶膜(Microencapsulatedliquid crystal film)相比有较多的优越性。新制品可作为一种诊断身体浅层肿瘤的辅助工作使用,也可用于其他目的。这不但简化了液晶诊断肿瘤的方法,便于广泛地推广使用,也扩大了液晶材料的用途。4.本文也简略地叙述了用于检测红外光、激光的液晶屏的制法及其在红外成象、检测激光等方面的初步应用。 1. Also described the physical and chemical properties of this film experimental observations obtained preliminary results. 2.
