对于一些久坐的老年人来说,在沙发或凳子上放一个垫子靠在身后,可以在一定程度上防止腰痛。不过,选择靠垫也不是随便找个垫子拿来用那么简单。研究显示,人在坐着的时候,腰椎所承受的力量是站着时的两倍。而如果身体前倾20度,腰椎受到的压力则会增加到三倍。换句话说,如果坐姿不正确,或者靠垫选择不当,很可能会让人坐着比站着还要累。那怎样才能挑选到一个合适的靠垫呢?可以从以下五个方面入手。
