对二尖瓣返流(MR)患者常用左房、左室大小来帮助确立MR的严重度,因假设慢性容量负荷过度会导致进行性心腔扩大。本文目的为显示二维超声测定左房、左室大小在识别严重MR方面的准确性。本组共92例MR病人,无瓣膜手术史,均在二周内先后进行了心导管及心动超声检查。心动超声检查:测收缩末期左房大小,于胸骨旁长轴切面测左房前后径,于心尖四腔切面测其上下径、中侧径。胸骨旁长轴切面
Left atrial and left ventricular sizes are commonly used in patients with mitral regurgitation (MR) to help establish the severity of MR because hypothesized chronic capacity overload leads to progressive enlargement of the heart chamber. The purpose of this paper is to show the accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound in the determination of left atrium and left ventricular mass in the identification of severe MR. A total of 92 patients with MR in this group, no history of valve surgery, have conducted within two weeks of cardiac catheterization and echocardiography.
