国外,在500~600℃高温下工作的钎料一般采用Au-18Ni钎料,其性能虽然好,但是含金量太多,成本昂贵,不够经济,因此需要研制新的钎科。根据资料介绍,经沈阳有色金属加工厂研制,Cu-31,5Mn-10Co合金能符合使用要求。合金在真空感应炉中熔炼后能轧制成所需要的规格。制成钎料后有以下几方面特点,能满足使用要求: 1.成本相当于Au-18Ni钎料的3%; 2.可以加工成丝、箔等形
