笔者通过对地勘单位十年改革的简要回顾,认为地勘单位在改革中取得的成就不容置疑,主要表现在打破了封闭的旧体制,改变了地勘单位的运行机制和经营机制,多种经营的发展已成为地劫单位得以生存和发展的一个必要条件,领导体制的改革强化了地勘单位的决策能力。文章提出当前深化改革中遇到的一些问题,如地质项目承包如何进一步深化,地质找矿人员的奖惩与找矿成果知何挂钩才能更为合理,当前产业结构调整面临的人才与资金短缺困难如何解决等。
