目的探讨正常妊娠及妊高征患者血清、红细胞膜四种元素的变化。方法采用岛津AA-670型原子吸收分光光度计火焰法对正常妊娠、妊高征患者血清及红细胞膜钙、镁、锌、铜离子浓度进行测定。结果妊高征组血清钙、锌离子含量显著低于正常妊娠组(P<0.05),而血清镁离子含量则显著高于正常妊娠组(P<0.05);妊高征组红细胞膜钙、镁离子含量及铜与锌比值均显著低于正常妊娠组,锌高于正常妊娠组,铜与正常妊娠组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论血清及红细胞膜四种元素的变化参与了妊高征的发生;四种元素水平的变化为妊高征病因学研究提供了客观依据。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum and erythrocyte membrane in normal pregnancy and pregnancy induced hypertension patients. Methods The plasma concentrations of calcium, magnesium, zinc and copper in serum and erythrocyte membrane of normal pregnancy and PIH patients were measured by Shimadzu AA-670 flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Results The levels of serum calcium and zinc in PIH group were significantly lower than those in normal pregnancy group (P <0.05), while the levels of serum magnesium ion were significantly higher than those in normal pregnancy group (P <0.05) The contents of Ca2 +, Mg2 + and the ratio of Cu to Zn were significantly lower than those in normal pregnancy group, while the zinc level was higher than that in normal pregnancy group. There was no significant difference between copper and normal pregnancy group (P> 0.05). Conclusions The changes of serum and erythrocyte membrance involved in the occurrence of PIH. The changes of the four elements provide an objective basis for the study of etiology of PIH.
