《事业单位人事管理条例》今年7月1日起正式施行。该条例是我国第一部系统规范事业单位人事管理的行政法规。条例确立了事业单位人事管理的基本制度,在公开招聘、聘用合同、社会保险、工资收入等方面的相关规定呈现出改革亮点。由于该条例事关全国111万事业单位、3153万事业编制人员的切身利益,社会高度关注。为此,人力资源和社会保障部表示,在事业单位推行聘用合同制度是从2003年开始的,
