荆门炼油厂润滑油加氢精制装置的三台换热器分别于1974年和1975年到货。由于设备库存时间长,加之管理不善,接管法兰梯形槽密封面锈蚀严重,致使试压工作无法进行。经研究将三台换热器的六个接管法兰割下,进行密封面的机械加工,然后进行现场焊接。鉴于目前国内20CrMo9现场施焊经验不多,下面将施焊的主要情况作一简单介绍,以供参考。换热器的主要有关技术参数:设计温度:管程420℃,壳程370℃;设计压力:管程100kg/cm~2,壳程100kg
