用 Westphal 方法从黄疸出血群赖型钩端螺旋体 70091 株所获提取物主要含多糖、脂类及少量蛋白质,其所含糖、脂为复合物;钩体脂多糖具致热性、Shwartzman 现象及降血压作用;它与大肠杆菌内毒素在化学组成和某些生物学功能方面酷似,认为该钩体脂多糖可能是一种内毒素。
The Westphal method extracts from Leptospira interrogans serovar 70091 strain mainly contain polysaccharides, lipids and a small amount of protein, which contains a complex of sugar, fat; hook body lipopolysaccharide fever, Shwartzman phenomenon and Lowering blood pressure; it is similar to E. coli endotoxin in terms of chemical composition and certain biological functions, and it is believed that the Lactobacillus lipopolysaccharide may be an endotoxin.
