本文用卡托普利(Captopril)治疗34例高血压性心脏病患者(高心组),在治疗前、后用美国HP7720AC型彩色多普勒诊断仪检查并录相,观察项目①左室舒张功能:舒张早、晚期充盈速度峰值(Ev,Av)及其积分(E_A、A_A)和E峰减速率(EDC),有返流和心律失常者不采用;②左室心肌质量(LVM):舒张期室间隔厚度(IVSTd),左室后壁厚度(PWTd)及左室内径(LVIDd)。服药6～8个月(75～150 mg/也回放治疗前、后录相,按ISFc/WHO标准测量,每帧测5个心动周期,
