目的考核各县(区)消除碘缺乏病技术指标,为内江市实现消除碘缺乏病目标提供科学依据。方法各县(区)随机抽取居民户食用盐288份,采用GB/T13025.7-1999仲裁法进行实验室定量检测;随机抽取8~10岁儿童400名采用触诊法(按照WS276-2007)检查甲状腺;同时随机抽取100份学生尿样,采用砷铈催化分光光度方法(WS/T107-2006)测定尿碘浓度;随机抽取五年级学生150名,在学校附近抽取家庭主妇50名,采用答(问)卷调查健康教育知晓情况。结果内江市5县(区)居民合格碘盐食用率在95.14%~100.00%之间,均>90%;碘盐覆盖率在97.22%~100.00%之间,均>95%;8~10岁儿童甲状腺肿大率在2.25%~4.50%之间,均<5%;8~10岁儿童尿碘含量中位数在260.50~288.40ug/L之间,且尿碘含量低于50ug/L的比例在5%~10%之间,均<20%;五年级学生碘缺乏病知识知晓率在93.33%~99.33%之间,均>90%;学校附近家庭主妇碘缺乏病知识知晓率在88.00%~98.00%之间,均>85%。结论内江市5县(区)消除碘缺乏病技术指标符合《四川省实现消除碘缺乏病目标县级考核评估方案》的要求。
Objective To assess the technical indicators of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders in all counties (districts) and provide a scientific basis for achieving the goal of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders in Neijiang. Methods A total of 288 samples of household edible salt were randomly selected from all counties (districts), and laboratory quantitative tests were carried out using the arbitration method of GB / T13025.7-1999. 400 children aged 8 to 10 years were randomly selected by palpation (according to WS276-2007) Check the thyroid gland; at the same time, 100 samples of urine of students were randomly selected, and urinary iodine concentration was determined by arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometry (WS / T107-2006); 150 fifth graders were randomly selected and 50 housewives were drawn near the school. Results The eating rates of qualified iodized salt of residents in 5 counties (districts) in Neijiang City ranged from 95.14% to 100.00%, both of which were> 90%. The coverage of iodized salt was more than 95% between 97.22% and 100.00% The prevalence of goiter in children was between 2.25% and 4.50%, both <5%. The median urinary iodine content of children aged 8-10 was between 260.50 and 288.40ug / L, and the urinary iodine content was lower than 50ug / L The awareness rate of Iodine Deficiency Disorders in Grade 5 students ranged from 93.33% to 99.33%, both of which were higher than 90%. The awareness rate of housewife’s iodine deficiency disorders near the school was 88.00 % ~ 98.00%, all> 85%. Conclusion The technical indicators of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders in 5 counties (districts) in Neijiang City meet the requirements of “the county-level appraisal scheme for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders in Sichuan Province”.
