[目的]探讨慈桃软坚胶囊对小鼠Lewis肺癌血管生成的抑制作用。[方法]构建小鼠Lewis肺癌模型,随机分3组,分别为对照组(A组),慈桃软坚胶囊组(B组)及吉西他滨组(C组)。利用彩色多谱勒超声观察血流动力学、免疫组化技术检测肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)及巨噬细胞等观察和比较两组的肿瘤血管生成情况。[结果]与对照组比较,彩色超声多谱勒显示慈桃软坚胶囊和吉西他滨组肿瘤血管数量减少,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。肿瘤微血管密度和巨噬细胞免疫组化结果显示慈桃软坚胶囊和吉西他滨组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。慈桃软坚胶囊和吉西他滨组两组比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]慈桃软坚胶囊有抑制肺癌肿瘤血管生成的作用。
[Objective] To investigate the inhibitory effect of chantaojianjian capsule on Lewis lung carcinogenesis in mice. [Methods] The mouse model of Lewis lung cancer was established and randomly divided into 3 groups: control group (A group), Qitao Ringer capsule group (B group) and gemcitabine group (C group). The hemodynamics were observed by color Doppler sonography. The tumor microvessel density (MVD) and macrophages were detected by immunohistochemistry. The tumor angiogenesis was observed and compared between the two groups. [Results] Compared with the control group, color Doppler ultrasound showed that the number of tumor vessels in the Qintao Ruanjian Capsule and gemcitabine group decreased, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Tumor microvessel density and macrophage immunohistochemistry results showed that there was significant difference between the Jintao Ruanjian capsule and gemcitabine group and the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] Ci Tao Ruanjian Capsule can inhibit the angiogenesis of lung cancer.
