以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)为相变材料基体,活性炭纤维(ACF)为骨架支承材料,采用物理共混法制备了宏观表现为固-固相变的复合物。采用扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪、高温综合热分析仪对所得复合物进行了表征。实验结果表明,当HDPE/ACF质量比低于100∶15时,所得复合物宏观上表现为固-固相变;随着HDPE/ACF质量比的增加,复合物相变焓增加;加入活性炭纤维,可提高材料的热稳定性。
High-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the phase change material matrix and activated carbon fiber (ACF) as the skeleton support material were prepared by the physical blending method macroscopic solid-solid phase transformation of the composite. The obtained composites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry and high temperature integrated thermal analyzer. The experimental results show that when the mass ratio of HDPE / ACF is less than 100: 15, the obtained composite exhibits a solid-solid phase transition macroscopically. With the increase of the mass ratio of HDPE / ACF, the phase transition enthalpy of the composite increases. , Can improve the thermal stability of the material.
