目的探讨癌性胸腔积液综合胸腔内灌注化疗治疗措施。方法回顾分析36例采用胸腔内灌注化疗和热疗临床资料进行分析。结果治疗组有效率55.5%,联合组有效率83.3%相比差异有统计学意义。结论胸腔内灌注化疗顺铂联合热疗可以减少顺铂的用量,并能增加治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the treatment of malignant pleural effusion combined with intrathoracic chemotherapy. Methods Retrospective analysis of 36 cases of intrapleural chemotherapy and hyperthermia clinical data analysis. Results The effective rate was 55.5% in the treatment group and 83.3% in the combined group. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Intrapleural infusion of cisplatin combined with hyperthermia can reduce the amount of cisplatin, and can increase the therapeutic effect.
