1989年Gutkowska等报道利用反相高压液相层析等技术,从大鼠嗅区粘膜中纯化出免疫活性心钠素(IR-ANF),并证明其位于Bowman腺分泌细胞和部分上皮层细胞内。IR-ANF是由上述细胞吞噬而来,还是由鼻粘膜合成,一直是人们关心的问题。新近,我们检测了大鼠鼻粘膜中ANFmRNA,借以对鼻粘膜合成ANF的功能进行探讨。 1 材料和方法 1.1 材料选择 选取20只正常雄性Wistar大鼠,体重250~300g,喂以普通大鼠食物,随意饮用自来水,随机等分为甲、乙两组。在乙醚轻度麻醉下,剖开双侧鼻腔,取双侧全鼻腔粘膜;剖开胸腔,摘取双侧心房组织,吸去血渍,迅速置液氮中保存,备用。
In 1989, Gutkowska et al. Reported that immunoreactive atrial natriuretic factor (IR-ANF) was purified from rat olfactory mucosa by reverse phase high pressure liquid chromatography and found to be localized in Bowman’s glandular cells and some epithelial cells . Whether the IR-ANF is phagocytosed by these cells or synthesized by the nasal mucosa has always been a matter of concern. Recently, we examined the ANF mRNA in the nasal mucosa of rats to explore the function of nasal mucosal synthesis of ANF. MATERIALS AND METHODS A. Materials Selection Twenty normal male Wistar rats weighing 250-300 g were fed with normal rat food and tap water at random. They were randomly divided into two groups. Under mild ether anesthesia, cut open both sides of the nasal cavity, bilateral bilateral nasal mucosa; open chest, bilateral atrial tissue extraction, suction blood stains, quickly placed in liquid nitrogen to save, spare.
